Suzuki introduces two new performance engines – New DF175AP and DF150AP
The new Suzuki DF 175 AP and DF150AP with Suzuki's advanced engine technology enable outstanding power and performance combined with low fuel consumption – all from a compact and light engine.
The 2.9-liter "Big Block" four-cylinder in-line engine with double overhead camshafts delivers high torque at low revs, which contributes to impressive acceleration.
Along with a modified intake that cools the intake air, an O2 sensor that ensures combustion and a knock sensor that monitors the engine's running, this engine is optimized for performance and reliability.
The new DF175AP & DF150AP have a balance shaft and forward engine block, which contributes to less vibration in the boat.
An air intake resonator drastically reduces engine noise and enhances the driving experience.
The motors have also been equipped with a selectively rotatable gear housing, which means that the same motor can function as both right-hand or left-hand drive in a double assembly,
Suzuki lean burn control for reduced fuel consumption and electronic controls for precise gear changes and maximum feel when applying the gas.
The new engines are equipped with the Suzuki Keyless Start System, which functions as an integrated anti-theft system – the Suzuki Security System.
A coded key box communicates with a device in the boat and enables the keyless start of the engine.
Both the Suzuki DF 175 AP and DF150AP have received a new design with new 3D decals and the new color Pearl Nebular Black which raises the premium feel.
